Football is a game which is enjoyed by everyone and especially who loves sports with twists and tricks. Firstly, the main muscle for playing football is the hamstrings which help you to be faster and also your glutes. So you need to make your hamstrings enough flexible and fit to play your favourite game fast. You need to regularly do few exercises to make your muscle stronger and quick are dead lifts, box squats, snatch dead lifts, Romanian dead lifts, power cleans, kettlebell swings. There is no use of doing hurdle jumps and run for making your muscle faster. There is need of making your muscle work easily with heavy and light rep set. The combination of this exercise has to be accurate and must be maintained accordingly.
The main part of your body which acts like the bat to the football is your leg and you need to take care of it to the most. You need to do speed exercise regularly for your legs to build the speed but before that you need to make your legs stronger. There are many exercises for doing the same but you need to follow the ones which suits your body the most as every exercise doesn’t suit everybody. The main exercises that you need to do for making your legs speedier are box Squat, cleans, snatch pulls, box front squats and kettle swings also.
You must make a routine which you stick to every day and especially for the exercise, you need to make a proper schedule. There has to be exercise for the body and then for the legs.
